At PawPixArt, all of our products are custom-made and personalized based on the photo you provide. Because each pet portrait is uniquely created for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Wrong Orders
If you receive:
- The wrong artwork
- An incorrect print size
- A product that was damaged during transit
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Once verified, we will gladly replace your artwork at no additional cost.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you change your mind after placing an order, a refund may be approved at our discretion only if the artwork has not yet been started. Once the design process has begun, the order becomes non-refundable.
Satisfaction Concerns
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Image Quality & Artwork Guidelines
PawPixArt creates artwork strictly based on the photo uploaded at checkout.
- If your image is not suitable, our team may request a replacement photo.
- We cannot add details or features that are not visible in the original image.
- If image guidelines are not followed or if a low-quality image is provided, we cannot guarantee optimal results, and refunds will not be issued based on image quality.
